Bobby Ray's Big Sweet & Spicy Bar-B-Q Sauce
3 cups of vinegar
1 small bottle of worchestire sauce
4 cups of ketchup
12 oz A-1 sauce
3 tsp salt
2 cups brown sugar
4 Tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp crushed red peppers
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 and 1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup molasses
2 med. size cans of tomato paste
simmered at least thirty minutes. Makes about a gallon of sauce. Good on Beef, Chicken, and Pork.
